i know you like him, but i think you are approaching the whole situation the wrong way. NEVER PLAY games. the little message in part two was soo not necessary. if he was wondering who you were dating, tell him no one and that you "still had feelings for someone". (hopefully we would get the message). always be nice and sweet to him. let him know how you feel and you were sorry for all the things you said and he'll come around. have fun! but be careful what you say, you dont want to give him the wrong idea if he still does like you (he likes you, but i dont know it for sure). he probably ignored you after you denied his kiss because you thought you didnt like him or anything, but thats the past, so dont worry about it. and whether he was lying about the billy situation or not, it doesnt matter. like i said, its the past. move on and try to regain your friendship and soon maybe you guys can start talking againg or something. but be patient, these things take him. i would say to start messaging him and say like "hey, can we start over" or something. good luck!
