Ok ladies I asked this question in the heath section but there is no answers yet so I will ask here?

I am just wondering how many inches should a 40 year old females waist be and the hips too? I have had 4 kids and I am about 5ft6-5ft7 so I am just wondering how many inches should my waist be? I am into menopause too so your answers will be appreciated. I do not want to be compared to a 16 year old as I have been there done that, thanks
