Macbeth Act 2 Scene 2: What did Macbeth imagine during the murder of Duncan?

This is completely up to your own interpretation. I think Macbeth would imagine the knife going into Duncan and all the blood because he spends so much time talking about the knife before killing Duncan, and he talks about the blood after killing Duncan.
