Should i like go on a diet?

NO, your weight is fine. If you want to get healthier work out. Im 5'5 and im 150 so your not over weight. What i do to keep healthy is work out everyday, do weights and cardio, go running. But it seems to me your healthy. if your eating alot of junk food like chips and candy you can prob change that and replace those with fruit. but once you go on a diet like eating less your body will react thinking it is starving then you will gain more weight. its a survival thing, once you eat less your metabolism slows down thus you gain weight.
