Do you think it's fair that Bill O'Reilly moderates his own debate?

I watched an episode where I agreed with Bill but was disappointed with the illusion of fairness because the person who came on his program was at a clear disadvantage, given that he controlled/moderated his own debate. I remember conservative william f buckley jr debating but relinquishing the moderator position to someone of opposite ideology. Anyone else think Bill's forum could be made fairer?
