Broken capillaries on my foreskin?

i have many broken capillaries on my foreskin do to masturbating wrong with my foreskin pulled back tight...in some ares these broken capillaries have turned into bumps...1.do broken capillaries get replaced by new ones threw healing or are they gone forever. 2.what can broken capillaries cause. all of these broken capillaries are on the inside part of my foreskin.
