The Great Gatsby..Help!?

Gatsby is extremely nervous when he goes to the tea. The rest of his life is scheduled and he has this cool and collected demeanor about him, but he is so in love with the idea of Daisy that it completely rattles him. Gatsby and Daisy think of material possessions as signs of wealth and power. Gatsby uses them to impress Daisy. Nick on the other hand, is not as shallow and materialistic. "The hour of profound human change" signifies the turning point of the novel.
