If I give out one piece of candy, is that okay?

We didn't have much money to start out with for this Halloween but I wanted to do something for the kids here on post who have deployed parents. They have something to take their minds off things. I decorated just enough to give candy out and made my own costume to be in the spirit. I do have lollipops and sweet tarts which I will probably give by the 2's.
