Ok so I have like an extra 10 to 15 lbs. that I have been trying to shed. Been pretty close, need more hlp plz?

I've done it like 3 other times. The first time i was really close but then my mom kept reminding me and i got way stressed out and started eating bad again and not exercising I would really like some new tips to help me keep it up please thanks.
