What is your opinion of what this guy says, about women that come across as "intimidating" in public?

When I see a women walking like that in the street the first thing that comes to mind is that she is a bee-otch. If she looked at me like she thought she was better then me then I would shoot her a dirty look and give her a intimidating stare until she looked away. I can't stand people who think their God and can look down on people.
