What's the name of this Jpop song?

There is this song I have on an mp3 cd with no name. I can't really hear the words, unfortunately. The song is in japanese, but in english the singer says something like "Don't Stop The" Land or Rain I don't know the last word, but I know he says "Don't Stop The". And at another part he says in japanese something like: "hitokomi no naka". I know the word kokoro [heart] is in there somewhere. Please pardon my lack of detail but if you know this japanese song could you give me the title, singer/band, or both. Thnx.
