Bra, hair, makeup,eyebrows?

when i tighten straps of a psh up bra size 36b, 36c and 38b my come out from the bottom, and back band rides up. do i need smaller or bigger bra? how do you measure bra size? my hair is very frizzy, and dry when its wet and ALWAYS wear it up cause its soo frizzy and dry, what can i do\use to wear it down. easy makeup , and how to shape eyes websites please. and around my mouth its very dark what can i do so it dont look very dark. around mouth is the darkest area on face why? I NEED HELP. any help\tips sites abut anything whould be GREAT thanks. and also how do i put a pic of me on here so you can see what im talking about
