How can i get over my embarment?

it was my presentation to the cl and apparently my professor is disappointed with the contents of my presentation and how it was presented. i was scolded in front of the cl. it was so embarring. to my nervousness, i stuttered and (i think) said some grammatical errors. i'm so ashamed. now i'm depressed.
